Amber was terrific! Truly exceptional service.

AC wasn't working well, it was 87° inside. It seemed to be normal for the employees. Also, order took way too long to prepare.

Such a good gyro and honestly the best hummus in the world. Even when I’ve ordered through delivery services, it’s been warm and perfect. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone.

Their hummus is always fresh and well blended. The gyros are FABULOUS and easily enough for 2!!

Tangiers was a happy surprise. We found it using Google and the prices were reasonable, the food was tasty. We enjoyed the sample platter, fallafils, kabobs and fries. It is smallish, cozy and Amber, our waitress, was attentive and helpful.

Everything off the menu at Tangiers is not only prepared fresh and addictively delicious but also very fair in price! This place has great customer service and a cozy local feel to it when dining in. They have vegan options, light & tastey desserts, and flavorful teas to choose from. Their hummus is THE BEST because it is homemade in the restaurant and packed with flavor you cannot get anywhere else in NWA!

Smaller restaurant with great fresh food. I had The Sultan which is big enough to actually feed two. The food is color and lively. Tangiers serves popular Mediterranean meals.

The Gyros Plate was delicious! Such a huge portion that I made a second meal out of it. Waited a while on the food. But, only one guy was waiter, server and cashier! Hopefully, that's not the norm.

This is te best Mediterranean food i have had in this area. Very cozy atmosphere, with genuine groovy Moroccan music that puts you in a mood for food. They also had this fry sauce which to me tasted like ketchup, taziki sauce , cayenne pepper, and feta. They are about 75 cents per cup. I say it was worth it. All in all it was a grand experience so go support them. Tell them the GentlemanLOWS sent you in!!

Very good Mediterranean food, I got falafels with rice. Both were delicious

The service was good and the food was great! The only downside was that there were several fruit flies buzzing around our table inside, trying to land on our food throughout the meal. Will still go back though.

This was my first time having Mediterranean food and it was delicious. The meat was juicy, tender, and flavorful. I definitely recommend this place.

Went for the first time. Its a small restaurant and the food taste is good. The sauce provided in a very small cup not sufficient and they charged extra for additional quantity. They also charged extra for the rice we asked in the side.Customers should be told upfront on the extra charges so the person like me new to the place don't have to be surprised with additional charges in the bill at the end

I would highly recommend you start with the hummus and pita. This restaurant is delish down to their tea. The atmosphere is very quaint and welcoming along with the service. We have not had anything on the menu we did not like. Also, don’t forget the dessert! You will not be disappointed.

Compared to the traditional Mediterranean restaurants , I believe it has still a lot to improve. They need to add more choices to the menu like lamb and other types stuff. I think instead of adding raisins to the salad they need to add fresh onion or similar veggies instead of making the salad taste sweet. But workers and friendly and grilled chicken taste good.

The food is nowhere near the Mediterranean food you have in mind. The chicken was not cooked thoroughly and the spices were not mixed with the meat properly. NOT RECOMMENDED!

We ordered kofta as the main course and it was extremely aweful. I couldn't eat it at all, just could taste the salt. I also found a hair inside my rice!!!! We also ordered hummus which was great and falafel was ok. I am quite surprised to see their rating as their rating was the factor that kinda dragged us to their business. Unfortunately I was hugely disappointed by my overall experience. Can not give them more than 1 star for Kofta with human hair. Sorry...

Food was 8/10 but the order took 2 hours to make. I ordered 2 gyros and some humus no explanation for why it took so long 🤷🏼‍♀️ try it but order in way advance I guess.

Food was cold and took forever. Servers were very friendly and helpful but are forced to comply with ridiculous rules and apparently dont receive wages outside of their tips. We saw cockroaches near the kitchen and witnessed management being very disrespectful toward staff and customers. I would NOT recommened even to my enemies

Good food and we'll be back for another date night. I'd encourage management to save the plastic containers for takeout and to hire a second server. It would significantly up the feel of the dine-in experience. Enjoyed the authentic music and mint tea. (The hummas appetizer needs twice the pita.) Kudos for offering this nice local option!

Excellent food and good staff .. liked the kebab chicken over rice .. falafel is crispy on the top soft inside ... Fries have unique and good taste .. felt good to have had lunch here..worth the drive from Bentonville

The chicken kebab and curry kebab are awesome here and the Baklava is the best. Not a great place for ambience. I love the food here.

Everything we ate was preheated probably prepared days before and you can tell it from the taste of the food. Even tea was preheated, probably for at least 5 hours.

Amber was our server here and she was wonderful! So joyful and quick to help us out.

I usually love this place, but customer service tonight was trash. I called 3 times to place and order and the phone rang forever on the first 2 calls, then they denied my 3rd call. Got to the resturant and the workers were STANDING OUTSIDE doing nothing. Walked inside to place my order and was told that everything we wanted, they had already ran out of. Probably not going back again.

10/10. This place is amazing. The atmosphere was a good modern take on the Mediterranean formula, with music to match. The food is great, the service warm and welcoming, and lighting fast to boot! They absolutely nailed their sauce and spicing, the meat I had was seared to perfection, the vegetables were well roasted. I would definitely bring a date, friend or family here anytime.

Literally the best falafel and gyros in Fayetteville, plus the atmosphere is really chill. Our server, Amber, was so sweet.

Delicious food and friendly staff

I used to work at Tangiers years ago, and it was the best place in NWA to get gyros. That is why it is so unfortunate how bad the quality of their food has declined. The waitstaff provides phenomenal service, but the food is hardly edible at this point. After time and time again telling myself I wouldn't go back, I just ordered the Sultan with falafel. The falafel was cooked too long on too low of a temp, so it was oily and crumbly and contained at least one full chickpea. The gyro meat was sliced an inch thin. Don't waste your time and money.

This place is having issues. First its 90* inside this place. Second they gave us someone elses order and our groups order to someone else. So it was all kinds of jacked up. Not going to give them a second chance. Waste of money.

Food is delicious. Waiter tried to memorize all 4 of my tables orders only to forget the specifications we had asked for.I'm sure if he would just have wrote our orders down it would have been a 5 out of 5 experience.

This place is amazing. Food is great and so is the service. Very friendly staff. Prices are great and the quantity is very good as well, I have never been able to finish my meal.Zabiha Halal eaters, please ask about your choice, there are few non Zabiha items, I usually ask them to cook my food on a cleaned grill to avoid cross contamination.
